At Heritage Mobility, we are committed to providing high-quality rise and recline chairs and mobility solutions. Our Warranty Policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your purchase is protected
1 - Standard Warranty Coverage
We offer a standard 12-month warranty on all new products purchased from Heritage Mobility unless otherwise stated.
What is covered under the warranty:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Electrical or mechanical faults that arise under normal use.
Faults with frames, motors, or moving parts.
What is not covered under the warranty:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., upholstery fading, minor scratches).
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Issues arising from failure to follow the user manual or care instructions.
Consumable parts such as batteries, unless they are found to be defective within the warranty period.
2 - Extended Warranty
For additional peace of mind, we offer extended warranty packages for selected products. Please speak with a member of our team to learn more about these options at the time of purchase.
3 - Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is faulty and covered under our warranty, follow these steps:

Provide Details:
When contacting us, please provide:Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Assessment:
We may arrange for a technician to inspect the product or request that it be returned to us for evaluation.Repair or Replacement:
If the fault is confirmed and covered under warranty, we will:Repair the product free of charge, OR
Replace it with the same or a comparable model if repairs are not possible.
If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we may still offer repair services at a reasonable cost.
4 - Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty applies only to products used within the UK.
Heritage Mobility is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product faults.
5 - Legal Rights
This warranty policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides protection for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
